    6:15am - 7:00am        Body Blast!! w/Mary
    An interval class combining basic strength exercises with body weight core exercises designed to increase endurance, balance and core strength. A total body workout!

    8:30am – 9:00am         Dynamic Stretch w/Mary
    A combination of yoga, Pilates and sports stretches combine to get you ready for a round of golf, a tennis match or just energize your day.

    9:00am – 9:25am         Pump It Up! w/Mary
    Intervals of cardio and weight training exercise create a big calorie burn while sculpting and improving cardiovascular health. High-energy class.

    9:30am – 10:30am       Zumba w/Stephanie
    A dance-based fitness class inspired by traditional salsa, samba, and meringue music. It has people of all ages falling in love with its infectious music, easy-to-follow dance moves and body-beautifying benefits.  

    9:45am - 10:45am           Aqua Cardio Core w/Mary
    Low impact water class

    4:00pm – 5:00pm        Ashtanga Yoga w/Jeff
    A powerful and dynamic yoga that challenges the body to stretch and strengthen through a series of held positions or “asanas”. A more advanced yoga that will improve athleticism and flexibility.

    5:10pm-5:55pm          Cardio Dance w/Susan
    A high energy cardio class to current music. Get your heart rate up and burn calories.

    *6:00pm - 7:10pm        MELT Method w/Roeshan ($15.00 drop in)
    MELT is the first neurofascial technique. This patent-pending method brings your body back to a more ideal state by directly enhancing body awareness, re-hydrating connective tissue, and quieting the nervous system. The first time you MELT, you see and feel a difference – and over time, you can transform how your body looks and feels. 

    *MELT Class is not included in the class fee schedule and is a separate $15 fee, payable at the time of the class.

  • Upgrades Around the Tennis Courts
    Mon, Aug 29 - Fri, Sep 16

    Upgrades are continuing around your clubhouse! The next project will begin on August 29th and will ensure our tennis facility has improved accessibility for members and guests.  This means that walkways and stairways will be improved to include ramps.  However, as you can imagine, this is an extensive undertaking, and will be completed in three stages.

    Stage 1 (projected 8/29 – 9/2) will begin on the walkways around Courts 9, 10 and 11.  Courts 12, 13 and 14 will be playable and will be accessed from Courts 14 and 12.  There will be no access to bathroom facilities during this time.

    Stage 2 (projected 9/5 – 9/9) will be working around courts 1 and 2.  Courts 3 – 8 and Courts 9 - 14 will be playable, however the ball machine and some clinics will be unavailable.

    Stage 3 (projected 9/12 – 9/16) will be updating the access to Courts 3 and 4.

    Please note that some tennis clinics, lessons and socials will be on hold until the upgrades are completed.  We are asking for your patience and understanding during this time.  You will be made aware of the progress on this important club project.

    8:00am – 8:45am         Mat Pilates w/Jeff
    Subtly strengthening core muscles from the inside out with fluid exercises done on the mat or in a standing position.

    9:15am – 10:30am       Vinyasa Yoga w/Gretchen
    Less intense than Ashtanga, Vinyasa sequences asanas into a flow format that is adaptable to different levels. The breathing and relaxation of yoga are incorporated into the flow.

    9:45am – 10:45am       Aqua Aerobics w/Teri
    Low impact class improving cardiovascular fitness, strength, range of motion and flexibility.

    4:00pm - 5:00pm          Hatha Yoga w/Camilla
    Less intense than power yoga or Ashtanga, a flow class designed to improve stamina, strength, flexibility and range of motion for golf, tennis or triathalons.

    5:15pm - 6:00pm        Body Blast w/Mary
    Interval class combining basic strength exercises with body weight core exercises - designed to increase endurance, balance and core strength. A total body workout!
