8:00am – 8:45am Mat Pilates w/Jeff
Subtly strengthening core muscles from the inside out with fluid exercises done on the mat or in a standing position.
9:15am – 10:30am Vinyasa Yoga w/Gretchen
Less intense than Ashtanga, Vinyasa sequences asanas into a flow format that is adaptable to different levels. The breathing and relaxation of yoga are incorporated into the flow.
10:00am – 10:55am Aqua Aerobics w/Teri
Low impact class improving cardiovascular fitness, strength, range of motion and flexibility.
4:00pm - 5:00pm Hatha Yoga w/Camilla
Less intense than power yoga or Ashtanga, a flow class designed to improve stamina, strength, flexibility and range of motion for golf, tennis or triathalons.
5:15pm - 6:00pm Body Blast w/Mary
Interval class combining basic strength exercises with body weight core exercises - designed to increase endurance, balance and core strength. A total body workout!
