9:15 – 10:30am Vinyasa Yoga w/Gretchen
Less intense than Ashtanga, Flow and Vinyasa sequence asanas into a flow format that is adaptable to different levels. The breathing and relaxation of yoga are incorporated into the flow.
9:45 – 10:45am Aqua Excercise w/Susan
Low-impact water class to improve strength, balance, and range of motion. Perfect for rehabbing after surgery or ingury, as well as improving overall fitness levels. Utilizes more of deep water excerises, with some shallow water.
3:00 - 3:30pm STRETCH&SLIDE w/Juan
The STRETCH&SLIDE can help reduce chronic pain in your shoulders, hip, or knee; it can also help maintain and improve joint flexibility, prevent injury, and reduce the effects of daily stress and tension on the body.
5:15 - 6:15pm Yoga Flow w/Troy
Less intense than power yoga or Astanga, a flow class designed to improve stamina, strength, flexibility, and range of motion to improve your game whether its golf, tennis, or triathalons.
