8:30am – 9:00am Dynamic Stretch w/Mary
A combination of yoga, Pilates and sports stretches combine to get you ready for a round of golf, a tennis match or just energize your day.
9:00am – 9:30am Pump It Up! w/Mary
Intervals of cardio and weight training exercise create a big calorie burn while sculpting and improving cardiovascular health. High-energy class.
9:30am – 10:30am Zumba w/Karri Skelton
A dance-based fitness class inspired by traditional salsa, samba, and meringue music. It has people of all ages falling in love with its infectious music, easy-to-follow dance moves and body-beautifying benefits.
12:30pm – 1:30pm Hatha Yoga w/Leana
A physical discipline performed by specific postures of “asanas” which strengthens stretches and detoxifies the muscles, joints, organs and every part of the body. It is a gentle and less intense form of yoga that focuses on improved concentration, rhythmic breathing and deep relaxation. Beginner friendly.
4:00pm – 5:00pm Ashtanga Yoga w/Jeff
A powerful and dynamic yoga that challenges the body to stretch and strengthen through a series of held positions or “asanas”. A more advanced yoga that will improve athleticism and flexibility.
