8:00 – 8:45am Mat Pilates w/ Mary
Subtly strengthening core muscles from the inside out with fluid exercises done on the mat position.
9:30 - 10:30am Hatha Yoga w/Leana
Yoga strengthens, stretches and detoxifies the muscles, joints, organs and every part of the body. It is a gentle and less intense form of yoga that focuses on improved concentration, rhythmic breathing and deep relaxation.
9:45am - 10:45am Aqua Exercise w/Mary
This class is low impact, a good workout, & fun. See you in the pool!
11:30-12:30 Mat/Standing Pilates w/Melissa
