Subtle, fluid exercises designed to improve CORE musculature from the inside out. Pilates based exercises are designed to lengthen and strengthen. Exercises are done standing and on mat with use of rings, foam rollers and resistance bands.

9:30 - 10:45am       Hatha Yoga w/ Leana
This type of Yoga is a gentle and less intense form that focuses on improved concentration, rhythmic breathing and deep relaxation. Strengthening, stretching and detoxifying the muscles, joints & organs.

9:45 - 10:45am       Aqua Exercise w/ Revati
Low impact water class to improve strength, balance and range of motion. Perfect for rehab after surgery or injury, as well as improving overall fitness levels. Some classes utilize more of the deep water and others the shallow water. Come try the different instructors with their different styles.

Learn to play golf in a stress-free environment for just $150! This five-week series, with PGA Professionals, Nate Overcast & Josh Kendall, is designed to instruct the beginning golfer & instill confidence over the ball. Each week, a different aspect of golf is covered, culminating on the final day, when students go onto the course to get a feel for real play! Nate & Josh are well established teaching professionals & are looking to introduce you to a lifetime sport. If you are ready to learn how to play golf, this series is for you!

Classes are held from 10am - 11am on the following Saturdays: March 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th.

The first half of the class will focus on endurance and resistance training and the second half will focus on pilates type core training, dynamic flexibility and active stretching. An energetic class designed to improve overall fitness.

A dance based fitness class inspired by traditional salsa, samba and meringue music. It has people of all ages falling in love with its infectious international music, easy-to-follow dance moves and body beautifying benefits.

As a thank you to our members for your continued patience during the Grill Room construction process the Club is hosting a Member Appreciation Event! The construction is almost over and we hope you will come see the nearly completed Lookout and try a couple food items off the new menu this Friday! The event will be a fun way to connect with your fellow members and celebrate the end to construction! We will be offering hosted beverages* and food. We will also have live entertainment highlighting Member Tom Cherry and guitarist Rand Anderson outside on the patio. Kids are also welcome to attend and enjoy the bounce house and obstacle course! Please be aware the chipping green will be closed from 5-7pm to accommodate the bounce house and obstacle course. We apologize for the inconvenience but hope you will join us for the Appreciation Event!

Members, you are invited to bring your dog to the Club for a puppy "meet and greet" on Thursday, March 21st from 4-6PM. If you have always wanted to show off your dog at your Club, this is your opportunity! Please join us outside on the grass at our Ceremony Site.  Don't have a furry friend? You're still welcome to attend. 

This is the only time we welcome dogs out on the ceremony site (or at the Club), but while they are here we do have a few simple rules:

  • Do not allow your canine to eat off your plate. We will provide water for them.
  • Servers are not able to pet your furry friend. It's not because they don't think they're cute...they are!
  • Dogs must stay on a leash at all times.

This type of Yoga is a gentle and less intense form that focuses on improved concentration, rhythmic breathing and deep relaxation. Strengthening, stretching and detoxifying the muscles, joints & organs.

Monday Fitness Schedule

The first half of the class will focus on endurance and resistance training and the second half will focus on pilates type core training, dynamic flexibility and active stretching. An energetic class designed to improve overall fitness.

A dance based fitness class inspired by traditional salsa, samba and meringue music. It has people of all ages falling in love with its infectious international music, easy-to-follow dance moves and body beautifying benefits.
