A dance based fitness class inspired by traditional salsa, samba and meringue music. It has people of all ages falling in love with its infectious international music, easy-to-follow dance moves and body beautifying benefits.

Bring your dog to the Club for a puppy "meet and greet" on Thursday, May 24th out on the patio. Don't have a furry friend? You're still welcome to attend. If you have always wanted to show off your dog at your Club, this is your opportunity!

This is the only time we welcome dogs out on the patio, but while they are here we do have a few simple rules:

1. Please do not have your dog on your lap, table, or chair. 
2. Do not allow your canine to eat off your plate. We will provide water for them.
3. Servers are not able to pet your furry friend. It's not because they don't think they're cute...they are!
4. Dogs must stay on a leash at all times.
5. We ask when at all possible you keep your dogs from barking.

Relax poolside as we remember our fallen service members. We will be serving hamburgers and hotdogs straight from the grill. Live music and bounce house will also be part of the day for the kids. We hope to see you at the pool!

The first 60 players to sign up will comprise the field. You can sing up as a foursome, threesome, twosome, or single. 

Teams can include guests, but the guest fee will be 40.00 plus cart. There is no member fee.  Juniors must be approved by the committee to participate. The team can be a mix of men, women, and juniors, or all men, or women. Juniors under the age of 16 must be with an adult

BBQ after golf  is recommended but optional and not included.

This is  a fun Holiday event for golfers and families with prizes and awards from the Club.

Subtly strengthening CORE muscles from the inside out with fluid exercises done on the mat or in a standing position.    

9:30 – 10:30am       Vinyasa Yoga w/ Gretchen
Less intense than Ashtanga, a Vinyasa flow format that is adaptable to different levels. The breathing and relaxation of yoga are also incorporated into the flow.

9:45 - 10:45am       Aqua Exercise w/ Teri
Low impact water class to improve strength, balance and range of motion. Perfect for rehab after surgery or injury, as well as improving overall fitness levels. Some classes utilize more of the deep water and others the shallow water. Come try the different instructors with their different styles.

5:15 - 6:00pm        Body Blast! w/ Susan M.
Interval class combining basic strength exercises with body weight core exercises - designed to increase endurance, balance and core strength. A total body workout!

Improve your game and performance while having fun! A class that moves quickly though different stations. Each with sports based exercises, elements of tennis, golf,  swimming, boxing, kickboxing and ball sports. Uses bosus, medicine balls, kettlebells, weights, jump ropes, plyometrics etc!

7:30 - 8:15am         Muscle Mix w/ Susan M.
This class concentrates on specific strength, endurance and light weight training to optimize your golf and tennis game or just get in shape! Fun Music and energy! No experience necessary.

8:30 – 9:25am         Pump & Stretch w/ Susan M.
of cardio and weight training exercise create a big calorie burn while sculpting and improving cardiovascular health. High-energy class.

9:30 - 10:30am        Zumba w/ Charly
A dance based fitness class inspired by traditional salsa, samba and meringue music. It has people of all ages falling in love with its infectious international music, easy-to-follow dance moves and body beautifying benefits.

Each week Chef Andy carefully crafts a flavorful and filling dinner menu that is sure to impress, making Wednesdays an ideal time to dine at the Club. Whether you are inviting guests, entertaining clients, or simply enjoying an evening with friends, Wednesday dining is a great option! Dinner is just $28 per person & select bottles of wine* are half off, with each Wednesday featuring wines that specifically pair with the menu.

Cardio, Strength & Flexibilty. This is an intense class: 15 minutes of nonstop endurance exercises followed by 15 minutes of weight and resistance training and concluding with 15 minutes of challenging mat work to increase core strength and range of motion. A Total Body Workout!
