A simple yoga flow that repeats poses and incorporates an option for light weights to increase intensity. It provides opportunities to perfect poses through repetition, as well as increase strength through added weight. Good for all levels.

Subtle, fluid exercises designed to improve CORE musculature from the inside out. Pilates based exercises are designed to lengthen and strengthen. Exercises are done standing and on mat with use of rings, foam rollers and resistance bands.

The first half of the class will focus on endurance and resistance training and the second half will focus on pilates type core training, dynamic flexibility and active stretching. An energetic class designed to improve overall fitness.

A dance based fitness class inspired by traditional salsa, samba and meringue music. It has people of all ages falling in love with its infectious international music, easy-to-follow dance moves and body beautifying benefits. 

9:45 - 10:45am       Aqua Exercise w/ TBD
Low impact water class to improve strength, balance and range of motion. Perfect for rehab after surgery or injury, as well as improving overall fitness levels. Some classes utilize more of the deep water and others the shallow water. Come try the different instructors with their different styles.

11:30 - 12:30pm        Hatha Yoga w/ Leana
This type of Yoga is a gentle and less intense form that focuses on improved concentration, rhythmic breathing and deep relaxation. Strengthening, stretching and detoxifying the muscles, joints & organs.

A powerful and dynamicyoga that challenges the body tostretch and strengthen through a series of held positions or "asanas". A more advanced yoga that will imporve athleticism and flexibility.

Come learn some hot dance moves to great music with L.A. Choreographer Susan McCrea. A fun way to get heart rates up and burn calories!
