A simple yoga flow that repeats poses and incorporates an option for light weights to increase intensity. You can use as little or heavy a weight as you need to get your workout in. It provides opportunities to perfect poses through repetition, as well as increase strength through added weight. Good for all levels.

9:30am – 10:30am       Zumba w/Jill
A dance-based fitness class inspired by traditional salsa, samba, and meringue music. It has people of all ages falling in love with its infectious music, easy-to-follow dance moves and body-beautifying benefits.  

9:45am - 10:45am       Aqua Exercise w/Mary
Return to aqua exercise at the Lomas Pool. This class is low impact, a good workout, & fun!

4:00pm – 5:00pm        Ashtanga Yoga w/Jeff
A powerful and dynamic yoga that challenges the body to stretch and strengthen through a series of held positions or “asanas”. A more advanced yoga that will improve athleticism and flexibility.

A high energy cardio class to current music. Get your heart rate up and burn calories.

The women’s sauna in the spa building will be closed for a total re-build. It will be completely remodeled with cedar interior & receive a complete upgrade in craftsmanship. Our Engineering team, Mylo & Efrain, start work on Monday, December 4th. Work will take approximately 3 weeks, however when it is done, we will have a Brand new Sauna! Every effort will be made to accommodate the Ladies and of course they will have access to their lockers.  The Girls Locker Room and Main Clubhouse Locker room will be available for changing/showers. We will update the progress and post a finish date soon.

Concentrates on specific strength, endurance, and weight training to optimize your golf, tennis, or just to get in shape. Fun music and energy! No experience nescessary.

Brunch with Santa - SOLD OUT

Per Lomas tradition, Santa Claus is flying to Lomas on a helicopter! However, the Brunch portion is SOLD OUT. Members can still watch Santa arrive via helicopter, but we ask they don't sit on Santa's lab until after 1pm. There will also be a horse-drawn carriage ride, which you can attend. 

We are still accepting WATLIST reservations. As families cancels, we definitely are calling people from the waitlist. Please call the Front Desk Receptionist to reserve your family's spot at (858) 755-6768.

Have you tried pickleball?!

For the month of December, all membership levels will have access to use one of the four courts on a first come, first serve basis. Please check in at the Tennis Desk for the official rules.

Haven’t heard of Pickleball? It is a combination of ping pong, tennis, and badminton. It’s fast-paced but easy on the knees and fun for all ages! Currently, it is one of the fastest-growing sports in the country! If you have played tennis, you can play pickleball! If you aren't a tennis player, you can still play pickleball! It is a great sport for all ages!

All month, we are hosting clinics and play dates to learn the game and meet other people interested in pickleball.  

  • Tuesdays 2-3pm
  • Wednesdays 10-11am

The first clinic will be held Tuesday, December 5 from 2-3pm.  Lomas Santa Fe Country Club staff is fully supporting the Gift of Pickleball, so come play with some of the friendly Lomas staff and get to know them a little better. This is a great way to get involved in pickleball with or without experience. I hope to see you out on the courts!

For the month of December, all membership levels will have access to use one of the four courts on a first come, first serve basis. Please check in at the Tennis Desk for the official rules.

Haven’t heard of Pickleball? It is a combination of ping pong, tennis, and badminton. It’s fast-paced but easy on the knees and fun for all ages! Currently, it is one of the fastest-growing sports in the country! If you have played tennis, you can play pickleball! If you aren't a tennis player, you can still play pickleball! It is a great sport for all ages!

All month, we are hosting clinics and play dates to learn the game and meet other people interested in pickleball.  

  • Tuesdays 2-3pm
  • Wednesdays 10-11am

The first clinic will be held Tuesday, December 5 from 2-3pm.  Lomas Santa Fe Country Club staff is fully supporting the Gift of Pickleball, so come play with some of the friendly Lomas staff and get to know them a little better. This is a great way to get involved in pickleball with or without experience. I hope to see you out on the courts!

Wednesday Fitness Schedule

6:15 - 7:00am         Body Blast Circuit w/ Mary

An interval class combining basic strength exercises with body weight core exercises designed to increase endurance, balance, and core strength. The class uses weights, balls, bands, and plyometrics, to increase range of motion, flexibility, and strength.

7:30 - 8:15am         Muscle Mix  w/ Susan
Concentrates on specific strength, endurance, and weight training to optimize your golf, tennis, or just to get in shape. Fun music and energy! No experience nescessary.

8:30 – 9:00am         Pump it Up! w/ Mary

Intervals of cardio and weight training exercise create a big calorie burn while sculpting and improving cardiovascular health. High-energy class.

9:00 – 9:25am         Stretch w/Mary

This class can benefit everyone. A combination of yoga, Pilates and sports stretches combine to get you ready for a round of golf, a tennis match or just energize your day.

9:45 - 10:45am        Aqua Exercise w/Jill

Low impact class improving cardiovascular fitness, strength, range of motion and flexibility.

9:30 – 10:30am       ZUMBA w/Charly

A dance-based fitness class inspired by traditional salsa, samba, and meringue music. It has people of all ages falling in love with its infectious music, easy-to-follow dance moves and body-beautifying benefits.

11:00 – 12:00pm    Pilates w/Melissa

Subtly strengthening CORE muscles from the inside out with fluid exercises done on the mat or in a standing position.

4:00 – 5:00pm       Hatha Yoga w/Leana

Less intense than power yoga or Ashtanga, a flow class designed to improve stamina, strength, flexibility and range of motion for golf, tennis or triathalons.

5:30 – 6:30pm       Dance Fusion w/Jill

A mix of hip hop, latin funk, jazz and Bollywood dance styles. Burn over 600 calories with high energy, easy to follow steps.

A gentle class focusing on breathing, stretching, gentle strengthening and relaxation through basic yoga poses. Perfect for the beginner!    

9:30 – 10:30am       Vinyasa Yoga w/Gretchen
Less intense than Ashtanga, Flow and Vinyasa sequence asanas into a flow format that is adaptable to different levels. The breathing and relaxation of yoga are incorporated into the flow.

9:45am - 10:45am       Aqua Exercise w/Susan
Return to Aqua Exercise at the Lomas Pool. This class is low impact, a good workout, & fun!

4:00 - 5:00pm        Restorative Yoga w/Camilla
Wind down your day with a relaxing yoga class that helps rejuvenate muscle flexibility & relieves stress.

5:15 - 6:00pm        Body Blast! w/Jill

Saturday Fitness Schedule

8:00 – 9:00am         Yoga Sculpt w/Mary or Lynn
A simple yoga flow that repeats poses and incorporates an option for light weights to increase intensity. You can use as little or heavy a weight as you need to get your workout in. It provides opportunities to perfect poses through repetition, as well as increase strength through added weight. Good for all levels.
