Wednesday Fitness Schedule

This class concentrates on specific strength, endurance and light weight training to optimize your golf and tennis game or just get in shape! Fun Music and energy! No experience necessary.

8:30 – 9:25am         Pump & Stretch w/ Susan M.
of cardio and weight training exercise create a big calorie burn while sculpting and improving cardiovascular health. High-energy class.

9:30 - 10:30am        Zumba w/ Charly
A dance based fitness class inspired by traditional salsa, samba and meringue music. It has people of all ages falling in love with its infectious international music, easy-to-follow dance moves and body beautifying benefits.

9:45 - 10:45am       Aqua Exercise w/ Jill

Low impact water class to improve strength, balance and range of motion. Perfect for rehab after surgery or injury, as well as improving overall fitness levels. Some classes utilize more of the deep water and others the shallow water. Come try the different instructors with their different styles.

11:00 – 12:00pm    Pilates w/ Melissa 

Subtly strengthening CORE muscles from the inside out with fluid exercises done on the mat or in a standing position.

12:15 - 1:00pm     Barre Body w/ Jill

This class incorporates ballet, core training, and Pilates. Create long lean muscles, improve posture, and refine your balance. Movements and exercises are performed on our NEW ballet barres to popular music.  

4:00 - 5:00pm        Hatha Yoga w/ Leana
This type of Yoga is a gentle and less intense form that focuses on improved concentration, rhythmic breathing and deep relaxation. Strengthening, stretching and detoxifying the muscles, joints & organs.

5:00 - 6:00pm        Pump up the Jazz w/ Jill

Burn major calories following easy choregraphy in styles of Jazz, Hip Hop, Latin & Bollywood.  A professional dancer breaks down the basics of different styles of dance.

A gentle class focusing on breathing, stretching, strengthening and relaxation through basic yoga poses. Perfect for the beginner!

9:15 – 10:30am       Vinyasa Yoga w/Gretchen
Less intense than Ashtanga, a Vinyasa flow format that is adaptable to different levels. The breathing and relaxation of yoga are also incorporated into the flow.

Twilight is back for summer 2019! Please join us for the first twilight golf outing on Friday, May 3rd. Members are invited to come play in our 9-hole shot gun at 5pm followed by dinner.  This month, the Twilight will have a Mexican Fiesta theme, as dinner will be the J&J's Fiesta Night! The golf format will be a scramble, so players of all levels are welcome (everyone must have a GHIN to participate in the tournament)! Sign up on ForeTees as twosomes or as a foursome, it is a great time to spend with friends at the Club. It is $38 Inclusive per player, which includes dinner and prizes.

Join us Thursday evenings starting at 5pm for a SKINS GAME! Starting Thursday, May 23rd SKINS will run all summer. It’s meant to be an after work game that anyone with a handicap can join. We are using full handicaps from your chosen tees for 9 holes for our net game, but low handicap players can also participate in a gross game. There is a $10 participation fee per game, but it is meant as a fun, social round. Just add your name to the tee sheet and you’re in! If you play multiple weeks, you will be entered to win the grand prize!  See you Thursdays throughout the summer!

6:00 pm - 8:00 pmPrime Rib Carvery
Join us on Friday, May 31st from 6-8pm for a delicious cut of prime rib, or if beef isn't your favorite, a fresh cut of fish is also on the menu! This delectable dining event is a perfect time to invite friends and family to your Club to share a meal and listen to live music. Member, Tom Cherry will be back strumming his guitar and providing exceptional music entertainment. So come enjoy the ambiance and fantastic food on Friday, May 31st!

Friday Fitness Schedule

8:00 – 9:00am        Mat Pilates w/ Revati
Subtle, fluid exercises designed to improve CORE musculature from the inside out. Pilates based exercises are designed to lengthen and strengthen. Exercises are done standing and on mat with use of rings, foam rollers and resistance bands.

9:30 - 10:45am       Hatha Yoga w/ Leana
This type of Yoga is a gentle and less intense form that focuses on improved concentration, rhythmic breathing and deep relaxation. Strengthening, stretching and detoxifying the muscles, joints & organs.

9:45 - 10:45am       Aqua Exercise w/ Revati
Low impact water class to improve strength, balance and range of motion. Perfect for rehab after surgery or injury, as well as improving overall fitness levels. Some classes utilize more of the deep water and others the shallow water. Come try the different instructors with their different styles.

11:00 – 12:00pm     Pilates w/ Melissa
Subtly strengthening core muscles from the inside out with fluid exercises done on the mat or in the standing position.

6:30 - 7:15pm     Barre Body w/ Jennifer

This class incorporates ballet, core training, and Pilates. Create long lean muscles, improve posture, and refine your balance. Movements and exercises are performed on our NEW ballet barres to popular music.
