This type of Yoga is a gentle and less intense form that focuses on improved concentration, rhythmic breathing and deep relaxation. Strengthening, stretching and detoxifying the muscles, joints & organs.

As the football season has given way to the post-season, the biggest game, between the best teams is fast approaching. Regardless of which teams are playing, plan to spend the game at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club! We are throwing an AWESOME watch party so you don’t have to: enjoy party food favorites & a fantastic atmosphere to watch the game with your friends. We will have the projectors up for a large screen experience & the couches from across the Clubhouse to make the viewing extra cozy. Kickoff is at 3:30pm, so come ahead of time to get a good seat!

Celebrate the biggest football game of the year at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club! Now that we know which teams will be competing on Sunday, February 3rd, it's time to make plans. Even if your team is not in the big game, it is still an AWESOME football party! Chef Matt is crafting some fan favorites, as well as traditional dishes from Los Angeles and New England. Enjoy party food, drink specials*, large screens, and a fantastic atmosphere to watch the game with your friends.

Monday Fitness Schedule

The first half of the class will focus on endurance and resistance training and the second half will focus on pilates type core training, dynamic flexibility and active stretching. An energetic class designed to improve overall fitness.

A dance based fitness class inspired by traditional salsa, samba and meringue music. It has people of all ages falling in love with its infectious international music, easy-to-follow dance moves and body beautifying benefits.

Low impact water class to improve strength, balance and range of motion. Perfect for rehab after surgery or injury, as well as improving overall fitness levels. Some classes utilize more of the deep water and others the shallow water. Come try the different instructors with their different styles.

This type of Yoga is a gentle and less intense form that focuses on improved concentration, rhythmic breathing and deep relaxation. Strengthening, stretching and detoxifying the muscles, joints & organs.

Low impact water class to improve strength, balance and range of motion. Perfect for rehab after surgery or injury, as well as improving overall fitness levels. Some classes utilize more of the deep water and others the shallow water. Come try the different instructors with their different styles.
