Monday Fitness Schedule

8:30 – 9:30am         Pump and Stretch w/ Jill

The first half of the class will focus on endurance and resistance training and the second half will focus on pilates type core training, dynamic flexibility and active stretching. An energetic class designed to improve overall fitness.      

9:30 – 10:30am       Zumba w/ Jill
A dance based fitness class inspired by traditional salsa, samba and meringue music. It has people of all ages falling in love with its infectious international music, easy-to-follow dance moves and body beautifying benefits. 

9:45 - 10:45am       Aqua Exercise w/ Jennifer
Low impact water class to improve strength, balance and range of motion. Perfect for rehab after surgery or injury, as well as improving overall fitness levels. Some classes utilize more of the deep water and others the shallow water. Come try the different instructors with their different styles.

10:30 - 11:30 am    Yogalates w/Lynn

A perfect blend of stretching, strengthening and breathing.

11:30 - 12:30pm        Hatha Yoga w/ Leana
This type of Yoga is a gentle and less intense form that focuses on improved concentration, rhythmic breathing and deep relaxation. Strengthening, stretching and detoxifying the muscles, joints & organs.

4:00 – 5:00pm        Ashtanga Yoga w/ Jeff

A powerful and dynamicyoga that challenges the body tostretch and strengthen through a series of held positions or "asanas". A more advanced yoga that will imporve athleticism and flexibility.

5:00 - 6:00pm        Cardio Dance w/ Susan M.

Come learn some hot dance moves to great music with L.A. Choreographer Susan McCrea. A fun way to get heart rates up and burn calories!

Less intense than Ashtanga, a Vinyasa flow format that is adaptable to different levels. The breathing and relaxation of yoga are also incorporated into the flow.

Members, you are invited to bring your dog to the Club for a puppy "meet and greet" on Thursday, April 4th from 4-6PM. If you have always wanted to show off your dog at your Club, this is your opportunity! Please join us outside on the grass at our Ceremony Site.  Don't have a furry friend? You're still welcome to attend. 

This is the only time we welcome dogs out on the ceremony site (or at the Club), but while they are here we do have a few simple rules:

  • Do not allow your canine to eat off your plate. We will provide water for them.
  • Servers are not able to pet your furry friend. It's not because they don't think they're cute...they are!
  • Dogs must stay on a leash at all times.

We have an Easter Brunch this Sunday, April 21st, which will impact the Lookout, the driving range, the 10th tee, and the chipping green. Our Easter activities include Easter Brunch, which is sold out, an Easter Egg Hunt, Petting Zoo, and a visit from the Easter Bunny. 

The Easter Egg Hunt will take place at 11:30 am on the driving range and 10th tee. The driving range will be closed from 10:00 am until 12:30 pm. We will be starting golf on the back nine this Sunday and starting at 9:30 am the 10th hole will play as a par four. There will be a temporary tee at the top of the hill, but please take net par for handicap purposes. The Putting Zoo will be set up on the ceremony site and the chipping green will be closed from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm.

The Lookout will have slightly different hours on Easter Sunday. The bar will open for drink service starting at 9:00 am and serve until 5:00 pm. However, there will be no food service in the Lookout to accommodate Easter Brunch. A limited menu will be offered in the afternoon from 2:00 - 5:00 pm.

We are pleased to announce that Easter Brunch is sold out. We are still accepting wait list reservations, but at this time we are at capacity for the Brunch. 

Gather your family or friends on April 21st starting at 9:45am. Not only is Chef Matt creating a delightful brunch, but the Easter Bunny will be making an appearance to start the Easter Egg Hunt! The petting zoo will be returning again this year! Kids (and adults) are welcome to visit the friendly animals of Cindy Lou's Farm starting at 10am. Reservations fill up fast, so make your arrangements with the Front Desk Receptionist soon!

The first half of the class will focus on endurance and resistance training and the second half will focus on pilates type core training, dynamic flexibility and active stretching. An energetic class designed to improve overall fitness.      

9:30 – 10:30am       Zumba w/ Jill
A dance based fitness class inspired by traditional salsa, samba and meringue music. It has people of all ages falling in love with its infectious international music, easy-to-follow dance moves and body beautifying benefits. 

9:45 - 10:45am       Aqua Exercise w/ Jennifer
Low impact water class to improve strength, balance and range of motion. Perfect for rehab after surgery or injury, as well as improving overall fitness levels. Some classes utilize more of the deep water and others the shallow water. Come try the different instructors with their different styles.

10:30 - 11:30 am    Yogalates w/Lynn

A perfect blend of stretching, strengthening and breathing.

11:30 - 12:30pm        Hatha Yoga w/ Leana
This type of Yoga is a gentle and less intense form that focuses on improved concentration, rhythmic breathing and deep relaxation. Strengthening, stretching and detoxifying the muscles, joints & organs.

4:00 – 5:00pm        Ashtanga Yoga w/ Jeff

A powerful and dynamicyoga that challenges the body tostretch and strengthen through a series of held positions or "asanas". A more advanced yoga that will imporve athleticism and flexibility.

5:00 - 6:00pm        Cardio Dance w/ Susan M.

Come learn some hot dance moves to great music with L.A. Choreographer Susan McCrea. A fun way to get heart rates up and burn calories!

*6:00 - 7:15pm        MELT Method w/ Roeshan ($20 drop in)

Lomas Santa Fe Country Club, in conjunction with the Solana Beach Firefighters Association, will hold the Seventh Annual Guns and Hoses Charity Golf Tournament on Monday, April 29, 2019. All raffle proceeds will be donated to the Iverson Foundation for Active Awareness.

On December 14th, 2017, Cory Iverson, a Fire Apparatus Engineer for CAL FIRE paid the ultimate sacrifice while battling the Thomas Fire in Ventura County, California. He was survived by his wife, Ashley, their daughter Evie, and – at the time – their unborn daughter Taylor. Just one month prior to Cory’s passing; a colleague took his own life leaving behind a young child and wife. It was then that Cory understood the gravity of mental health and the devastation it can leave behind in its wake. In founding the Iverson Foundation for Active Awareness (IFAA), Ashley is able to keep Cory’s memory alive for their daughters and to continue on Cory’s legacy through his sacrifice to help all first responders; those that selflessly help others on a daily basis

The cost is $75.00 per player and includes Cart Fee, Green Fee, use of our Practice Facilities, lunch on the Course and post-Tournament reception.

The Lookout is officially open! The newly renovated grill room is now operational and we hope you will try it out! Not only is the space completely reconfigured, but there is also a new menu (with some favorites still featured) and additional hours of operation. Subtly strengthening CORE muscles from the inside out with fluid exercises done on the mat or in a standing position.    

9:15 – 10:30am       Vinyasa Yoga w/ Gretchen
Less intense than Ashtanga, a Vinyasa flow format that is adaptable to different levels. The breathing and relaxation of yoga are also incorporated into the flow.
