A dance-based fitness class inspired by traditional salsa, samba, and meringue music. It has people of all ages falling in love with its infectious music, easy-to-follow dance moves and body-beautifying benefits.  

9:45am - 10:45am       Aqua Exercise w/Mary
Return to aqua exercise at the Lomas Pool. This class is low impact, a good workout, & fun!

We would like to remind you that the Golf Course will be closed on Monday, April 3 through Wednesday, April 5 for our annual Spring Greens Aeration. During this process, we “punch” holes in the greens, extract compacted soil, and replace it with sand. This opens up the greens, provides fresh oxygen, and allows the roots of the grass to penetrate deeper. It is vital that we do this prior to the busy and warm summer when the greens get trampled with many golf shoes and hit with mowers and rollers, etc.

This year, we are closing for aeration both in the Spring and Fall to allow the Golf Course Maintenance Team to do a more thorough job, and to have access to the course to spray additional chemicals, and complete additional projects. We apologize for the inconvenience that the closure causes, but we're certain this is the right decision for the greens and the course. 

The Clubhouse will continue with regular hours. The Driving Range will be closed on Monday, April 3, but will be open normal hours on Tuesday, April 4 and Wednesday, April 5. The Golf Shop hours are 7am – 3pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednseday.

So join us for Burger Night on April 7 from 6-8pm! Whether you invite the entire family for a fun evening at the Club or join friends for a juicy burger (or choose the healthier option: Oven Roasted Salmon served with Seasonal Vegetable Barley Salad and Chimichurri), this is a Club event everyone can enjoy! Lomas Santa Fe Country Club, in conjunction with the Solana Beach Firefighters Association, will hold its Fifth Annual Guns and Hoses Charity Golf Tournament on Monday, April 24 on our 18 Hole Private Course. All raffle proceeds will be donated to the Firefighter's Cancer Support Network! 

The cost is $75.00 per player and includes Cart Fee, Green Fee, use of our Practice Facilities, Lunch on the Course and Post-Tournament Reception.

8:00 – 8:45am        Mat Pilates w/ Mary
Subtly strengthening core muscles from the inside out with fluid exercises done on the mat position.

9:30 - 10:30am      Hatha Yoga w/Leana
Yoga strengthens, stretches and detoxifies the muscles, joints, organs and every part of the body. It is a gentle and less intense form of yoga that focuses on improved concentration, rhythmic breathing and deep relaxation.

9:45am - 10:45am       Aqua Exercise w/Mary
This class is low impact, a good workout, & fun. See you in the pool!

We have invited Gennine Jackson-Francis to sing. She specializes in several genres of music such as: R&B, Jazz, Pop, Hip Hop, Neo Soul, the American Songbook. She brings you music from the 1940s up through today. Later this year, she will go on tour performing tribute to Whitney Houston on a country wide tour. She is a fantastic singer and we are excited to host her at Prime Rib Night, Come hungry, as Chef Ryan is serving all the traditional favorites: Prime Rib, Baked Potatos, Salad, Seafood, Dessert. It is an evening with a great ambiance & it is a lot of fun!

Less intense than Ashtanga, Vinyasa sequencs asansa into a flow format that is adaptable to different levels. The breathing and relaxation of yoga are incorporated into the flow.
